"Yoga with Chelsey is the best! Her big smile and light-hearted attitude make every moment enjoyable. She does a great job bringing yogis of all levels together in one class by offering modifications for all and cues for minor adjustments along the way - ensuring everyone makes the most of their individual practice."

“Tell me, what else should I have done? Doesn’t everything die at last, and too soon? Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”    -Mary Oliver

My Philosophy

Yoga means to join. It doesn’t mean to touch your toes or do the splits. Yoga is a joining of breath and movement, of conscious and subconscious thought. It’s about being present in your skin while making shapes with your body, allowing the pose to become a living thing through your breath. Yoga is a state of being, a practice that everyBODY can do to become more peaceful and compassionate to themselves, resulting in a happier and healthier life. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to all humans, big, small, young, and old. Practicing yoga is more than perfecting or performing a pose, yoga is about uncovering the layers we build up around ourselves so that we can see, we are all already perfect.
